The color and texture are great...but the rug arrived rolled up tight. So tight that when you unroll it and put it down on a hard floor, it will not flatten out and you are left with ripples across, side to side all the way down the length of the rug. It is hard to walk on, as you feel like you may trip. the weight of the rug is heavy. I am frustrated that I can not get it to flatten out. I have tried weighing it down but it pops back up. HELP, any suggestions?
