It is a great looking bed but should be shipped apart to heavy to left by one person if you ship in one piece do not glue the plugs in on the headboard wish I would have known how big it really is. Not sure how you keep the box springs off the floor yet.

My wife and I have had this bed for about 6 years now, and it has been through 5 moves. it is one tough bed. its very big very durable and very easy to put together and take apart. it is even cooler in person than it looks on line. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because our bed has a knot in it on one of the side logs that we have whacked our legs on many a times over the years. but, seeing as each one is hand made and a little different, it is just something that makes our bed unique. we love waking up in this bed every morning. just wonderful.
