Disappointed
First let me say customer service was very helpful. I purchased the Firefly table & floor lamp. The table lamp arrived in perfect condition & is adorable. However, a different story on the floor lamp. We received the floor lamp damaged. This is were customer service took immediate steps in replacing it quickly. They get 5 stars! But regretfully, the second floor lamp arrived with an electrical short in it. I’m not calling for another replacement. My husband says he will fix it himself. It’s just a shame you spend nearly $300 on a lamp & the quality is this poor. It too is so very cute, but disappointing.

This is a great accent for my living room. It has a rustic charm to it. It;s very well made and was easy to assemble. It's even more beautiful when lit. It's liked by everyone that visits.... Great lamp.
