Big Bear Lamp
The lamp is fairly good quality. The claws on the bottom foot have scratched easily in one spot - I used black paint to cover but the spot is a bit touchy. Could use some type of sealant to protect further wear. The shade was wrinkled when it came but was quickly replaced by the company. I still love the lamp!

Bear Lamp
The lamp arrived in a timely fashion and was not broken. It was well wrapped and packaged. I was very pleased that it was all made in the USA. I found the quality of the shade much better than similar shades.

Bear Lamp
It is a nice lamp, but I feel it is overpriced for the quality. The first one I ordered was broken, and I believe it was broken before it was shipped, because some of the pieces were not in the box with the lamp. They sent me a replacement. It was good seven weeks before I finally got a good lamp. There were no broken pieces in the box where the bear was packed and I believe all the pieces would have been in the wrapping if it had not been broken before shipmwnt,
