I ordered this lamp and had it sent to a family member. It arrived broken at its base..spoke to customer service who promptly sent a replacement lam which also arrived broken in same exact place as first one ..notified customer service and they say they will send yet another replacement lamp. Family member said in spite of damaged product the lamp is beautiful. Hopefully 3 rd one is the charm . Excellent customer service . Tracy has been great throughout this process !!
