    I love the lamp...the problem was the shades. The original shipment had two shades that didn't match color wise. I contacted customer service and filed my claim and sent me ONE replacement shade. It did not match the one good shade I received originally. I once again contacted customer service and again requested two MATCHING shades. The second time around I did receive two matching shades which completed the look. I really do love the lamps!
